Seamless Aluminium Solutions
This guttering is unique in the way it is formed and is suitable for both, new work or gutter replacement. When fitted it has a very pleasing appearance by giving a clean joint and bracket free gutter.
The system is tailor made to the individual requirements of the building. The shape of the gutter is the Ogee profile. Please refer to our Installation page on our website for details. The gutter is formed by passing a pre-painted Aluminium coil through a portable forming machine, creating a continuous length of gutter to fit the length of building exactly.
Once the gutter has been run out to the desired length, support brackets which are pre-formed Aluminium extrusion, are clipped into the gutter and are fully concealed, this provides a rigid invisible fixing point, preserving the clean lines of the gutter.
Outlets are cut into the base of the gutter to suit the downpipe position. A plastic leaf trap is clipped onto the hole and sealed. This leaf trap also acts as a link between the gutter and the downpipe.
The paint finish is available in Black, White, Dark Brown and Anthracite Grey. With a life expectancy in excess of 20 years and no future painting required. This makes a very attractive and long lasting gutter system.
